While Participating in an Event
By participating in any event, I acknowledge my understanding that my participation in any Right Hand Angels event and/or any pre- or post-event activities (collectively, the “Event”) can involve strenuous physical activity and may be hazardous.
I attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate. I expressly assume all known and unknown risks associated with the Event, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury (including death), weather conditions, uneven or slippery terrain, spectators, participants, and natural or man-made obstacles.
In consideration of my participation, I waive any and all claims against Right Hand Angels and its organizers, representatives, affiliates, sponsors, agents, vendors, contractors, medical service providers, officers, directors, employees, successors, and assigns.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all Organizers and Representatives from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of my participation in the Event.
Media Release & Use of Likeness
I grant full permission to Right Hand Angels to store, use, reproduce, and distribute my image, likeness, audio, or video recordings for legitimate purposes, including marketing and commercial use.
I understand that information collected about me, including event registration details and results, may be shared with third parties for legitimate purposes and may be subject to re-disclosure.
Background Check Authorization
I authorize Right Hand Angels to conduct a background check as part of the approval process. I authorize the release of my arrest record and waive any legal rights related to such disclosure. I release all persons and law enforcement agencies from liability related to providing this information.
Age Requirement & Parental Consent
I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older. If registering a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and have full authority to accept these terms on the minor’s behalf.
Legal Notice
All notices from Right Hand Angels may be posted on the website and shall be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days of posting.
Notices from users to Right Hand Angels must be sent by regular or first-class mail to:

Delivery shall be deemed complete five (5) days after mailing.
