When Right Hand Angels was founded we knew we wanted to create something different that would not only be a place where a community could be started and grow into a thriving family, but also be a place where support could always be found by anyone who needed it. That’s why for our first blog series we wanted to share what we consider to be the heart of our non-profit, so that you can get a better insight into what Right Hand Angels is all about and how we work.
OUR MISSION:
Our mission is to inspire hope in our disabled community with the integration of educational support, advocacy, and informative research; while contributing to the health and well-being of our families.
OUR VALUES:
Resources - While providing the necessary resources to help support our families, we ensure the confidentiality of our families is maintained and protected.
Education - Through our educational programs, research and resources we believe in maintaining the integrity of our family. Ensuring the state of being whole and undivided as an organization. We strive to educate others about what it means to feel included.
Advocacy - With the ability to advocate confidentially, equally and honestly we are able to help make the changes need for our families to live a healthier and happier lifestyle.
Diversity - In an effort to provide equity and diversity to our families, we shall maintain the quality of being fair, unbiased and impartial in all circumstances pertaining to our local community members and families. We will uphold the utmost respect and values of our families and never hesitate to provide the power of positivity to a member in need. All are welcome here.
Inclusion - With transparency, accountability and the ability to make sound decisions based upon the needs of our families, we can ensure our family members are treated fairly while participating as an active member in our local community.
